Central to our enterprise is the core commitment to constructing sustainable product supply chains. Our groundbreaking Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP), recognized and applauded by UEBT, resonates profoundly with our customer base. After years of steadfast devotion to the principles of respecting people and safeguarding biodiversity, we achieved a significant milestone in 2020 by becoming the inaugural company to obtain UEBT/RA certification for cinnamon trees. Harnessing this momentum, we expanded our impact by securing another certification for our pepper supply chain in 2023. Concurrently, we are actively engaged in collaborative efforts with multiple RA-certified partners to responsibly source pepper, further strengthening our dedication to sustainability.

Valuing Human Dignity & Upholding a culture of respect
Our dedication to social and environmental responsibility is embodied in a robust set of ethical sourcing practices anchored in three key pillars: transparency in land tenure, respect for worker rights, and fair benefit sharing. All our certified farmers, ensuring 100% compliance with stringent sustainability standards, actively contribute to biodiversity conservation by prioritizing the cultivation of native crops and vegetation.
We prioritize the empowerment of our farming communities by offering comprehensive training and resources in waste collection and environmental protection practices. This approach fosters a culture of holistic sustainability, emphasizing the quality of our products and the positive impact on the communities and ecosystems we engage with.
